GRADUATES INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
The rationale behind the programme is to increase management
and leadership capacity within IMPERIAL Logistics, but also to address
succession planning and transformation objectives. Graduates exits the
programme at first line or middle management level or in a specialist position.
The programme is underpinned by a mentoring scheme. The programme is
generically structured to assist companies to rotate the graduate through all
the parts of a specific operating company.
